Pricing for Private Events, Meetings & Social Engagements

Base Rate: $500 ($100/hr with a 5 hour minimum).

Full Day Rental (up to 10 hours) $800.00

We don't believe in endless add-on charges. If we have a non-consumable item in-house you are welcome to use it.

FAQ's

Can I bring in my own Food & Beverage?

Absolutely. You are permitted to bring in your own food and beverages and/or use the caterer of your choice. The one restriction is you are not able to sell alcohol. You may provide it to your but cannot be sold without a temporary permit.

Alcohol Policy

Clients are permitted to bring in their own alcohol as long as alcohol is free for guests. Cash bar is only available for fundraising events by a nonprofit securing an F2 permit.

Fundraisers and Cash Bar Events: If you are setting up a cash bar, including alcohol in cost of ticket, or serving alcohol at events accepting donations – all event hosts must work through a 501 c 3 charity and provide proof of an F2 permit at least 2 days prior to the event date.

Do you have parking?

Abundant free street parking is available on nearby streets including Virginia and on Third Avenue. Twice a year we host a music recital that moves about 500 people through the room over the course of the day and parking has not been an issue.

How do I reserve a date:

Please complete the rental request for here and we will quote you the cost and send a rental agreement to sign and return. A 50% deposit is required with the balance due prior to your event date.

Can you suggest a vendor for...?

We keep a comprehensive list of preferred vendors, including catering, linen/furniture rental, photographers etc. provided upon request. You are not required to use any of them.

Availability:

The space is available 7 days a week starting at 7am.
